Turn Around Time - Educators & Support Staff

Our current turnaround time for products is 7-9 business days. This means that from the moment you place your order, it will take us approximately 7-9 business days to process, create, and ship your items or have them ready for pick up. We strive to ensure that each product is carefully crafted to meet our high standards of quality and design.

Why does it take 7-9 business days? We believe in giving each order the attention it deserves. Our team of skilled professionals works diligently to bring your vision to life. From selecting the finest materials to printing and packaging, every step is executed with precision and care. This meticulous process ensures that you receive a product that exceeds your expectations.

Please note that staff school delivery orders are delivered on the 1st of the month if purchased by the 15th.  Summer orders are delivered to your school the last week of summer.  You can read more in the Staff School Delivery section.  

Please note at the beginning of this 2024/2025 September/October year TAT does slow down due to the set up process for all the schools.   The TAT during this time can reach up to 18 business days however will drop back to 5-7 business days once we have all the schools lined up! We appreciate your patience and your support during this time.
